Michael has over two decades of experience within the music industry in the areas of promotion, A&R and held the position of Managing Director of Festival Mushroom Records. During this time Michael has signed some of the most successful Australian artists during this tenure at Warner Music and FMR including George, Regurgitator, Eskimo Joe, Gyroscope, The Superjesus and Gabriella Cilmi

"The Dream Inc Workshops 2009 was a wonderful event and one that went way beyond my expectations. What really excited me was the breadth of talent in the room. There were so many gifted artists and I was constantly amazed at what they achieved in the short three days we had together.
