For over 2 decades David has run the most successful singing school in Australia mentoring singers into artists, The David Jaanz School of Singing. David has taught many students who have gone on to secure major singing careers within Australia and abroad. They include Delta Goodrem, Gabriella Cilmi and Daniel Merriweather and many more.

Michael has over two decades of experience within the music industry in the areas of promotion, A&R and held the position of Managing Director of Festival Mushroom Records. During this time Michael has signed some of the most successful Australian artists during this tenure at Warner Music and FMR including George, Regurgitator, Eskimo Joe, Gyroscope, The Superjesus and Gabriella Cilmi
